Tiera were looking for a way to catch the attention & engage potential new recruits for their wide ranging portfolio of job openings.
The idea came from playing around with the logo elements, which can be perceived as a winking eye. So why not use that to give the wink to potential candidates that they could be interested in a new career path and a very simple call to action.
